Moroccan Feast – Couscous and Lentils

A meal that will take you on a journey to Morocco! This tasty freeze-dried meal with red lentils and couscous is garnished with raisins, dried apricots and toasted almonds.

Without Lactose:

Range lactose free does not contain ingredients with lactose, but we can find traces of this allergen due to cross contamination. Although the Happy Yak teams take care at all stages of meal production, there may be traces. We recommend lactose-free meals for people wanting to reduce their lactose consumption and not for people allergic to milk.

Manual:

1. To boil the water
2. Pour hot water directly into the bag
3. Let sit for 5-6 minutes
4. Enjoy

You can also pour the sachet into the saucepan, bring to the boil, simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes and leave to rest for 6-7 minutes.

Portion of meals:

Happy Yak meal portions depend on how hungry you are. For a hiker with an average hunger, the portion is unique. For small eaters or if your meals are accompanied by other dishes then you can have two meals.

Meal expiration date:

Happy Yak meals have a best before date of 2 to 3 years.
