Hiking gear from another company

We offer a free repair service for hiking gear from other brands when the repair can be completed in less than 20 minutes.


So we can help you with small, simple repairs 🙂.

Our goal is to extend the lifespan of your equipment and reduce the need to purchase new equipment whenever possible.

For longer or more complex repairs, we recommend that you instead:

  1. Contact the manufacturer, particularly for repairs covered under warranty or services offered at their facility
  2. Call a repair specialist near you

We’re not repair experts.
This service is offered with the aim of giving your hiking gear a new lease on life 🙂.

The repairs offered are limited to quick and simple fixes (usually taking less than 20 minutes).

 

Equipment we do not repair:

  • Clothing (other than down jackets for minor repairs)
  • Complex or structural repairs
  • Major modifications or lengthy repairs
  • Hiking shoes or boots
