Ingredients:red lentils, rolled oats, onion, nutritional yeast, spices, sea salt. Contains: Mustard. May contain:soy, wheat and mustard.

Preparation of freeze-dried meals:
- Boiling water / Pouring cold water
- Pour hot water directly into the bag.
- Let stand for 5-6 minutes
- Taste
You can also pour the sachet into the pan and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Rest for 6-7 minutes.
