Treko freeze-dried meals:
The couscous adventurer is bold in its taste. It will fill you up and give you the nutrition you need. In a few minutes your lunch or dinner is ready after a long day in the wild.
Freeze-dried meals are perfect for hiking, camping, canoeing and outdoor activities.
Ingredients:chickpeas, courgette, carrots, tempeh (organic soybeans, filtered water, rhizopus culture), whole wheat couscous (hard whole wheat semolina), tomatoes, cabbage, onion, sultanas, canola oil, garlic, salt, spices. May contain:soy, wheat, mustard.

Preparation of freeze-dried meals:
- Boiling water / Pouring cold water
- Pour hot water directly into the bag.
- Let stand for 5-6 minutes
- Taste
You can also pour the sachet into the pan and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Rest for 6-7 minutes.
