To avoid cross-contamination between gluten and gluten-free meals, Happy Yak pays particular attention to all stages of meal production. They use different equipment to avoid all risks of cross-contamination.

Lactose-free:

The lactose-free range does not contain ingredients with lactose. However, we may find traces of this allergen due to cross-contamination. Despite the care taken by Happy Yak teams during all stages of meal production, traces may still be present. We recommend lactose-free meals for people wishing to reduce their lactose intake and not for people with milk allergies.

To use Happy Yak freeze-dried meals, follow these simple steps:

 

Prepare the water: Boil the amount of water indicated on the packaging.

 

Open the sachet: Tear off the top of the sachet where marked, without removing the top part of the sachet to avoid splashing.

 

Add Water: Pour boiling water into the bag, taking care not to exceed the fill line indicated.

 

Mixing and Sealing : Mix the contents with a spoon or by gently shaking the sachet, then close the sachet by folding the top and sealing it.

 

Let stand: Let the sachet stand for the time recommended on the packaging to allow the meal to rehydrate completely.

 

Blend again : Once the time has elapsed, blend the contents again to ensure even rehydration.

 

Serving : Open the sachet and enjoy your meal straight from the bag, or pour it into a bowl, whichever you prefer.
