Description
Un bon chalet: yoga & rando is your chance to escape for a few days in a cottage in the heart of the Mauricie region. Come and join yoga and outdoor enthusiasts. The chalet is located on a 10-hectare estate surrounded by 7 lakes in the Mauricie region.
The Yoga and Hiking Retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with the power of winter nature through yoga sessions. This reconnection is achieved through the encounter of yoga and outdoor enthusiasts. The variety of yoga classes will allow you to soothe yourself while listening to the crackling of the fire.

Frédérique
His smile is transmitted through his passions: yoga and the outdoors. Fred loves to pass on and share her passions so that we can feel more grounded, like a flower in bloom. Fred has created her own business, Les Âmes Fleuries , where she teaches Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga.
Mathieu
His creative madness is at the heart of the many projects he likes to build with his friends. Nature and the outdoors are always at the heart of them. He's surprisingly colorblind. Mathieu created his own outdoor company: Mount Trail and an outdoor festival: Festival EXPÉ
