This freeze-dried meal is your best friend when you're out and about. An explosion of flavor on your plate.
Ingredients: Kidney beans, Extra firm tofu (water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride), Corn, Green bell pepper, Onions, Tomato paste (tomatoes), Canola oil, Tamari sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol, koji mold culture, bacterial culture), Garlic Maple syrup, Nutritional yeast, Spices. May contain: Mustard, Wheat.

Preparation of freeze-dried meals:
- Boiling water / Pouring cold water
- Pour hot water directly into the bag.
- Let stand for 5-6 minutes
- Taste
You can also pour the sachet into the pan and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Rest for 6-7 minutes.
