You can reach the festival venue by car. Parking is available. Carpooling will be offered to reduce the carbon footprint. We will provide you with details after you purchase your ticket.

Children are welcome at the festival. They will have access to most of the activities offered.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed. We'll look into including our friends in the next edition.

Vans are allowed. However, we strongly encourage you to take a tent to be at the heart of the event.

The festival is based on the notion of sharing. In order to participate in the festival, you will have to give to the festival and the community. The philosophy of the festival is in line with the 10 principles.

We offer an innovative and different festival. It's a chance to meet some amazing hikers! We offer activities, conferences and workshops on outdoor, long-distance, ultralight and artistic hiking.

It is the collective whole and the creation that will create a surprising and incredible event. Each participant is a major and influential player in the event. It is thanks to you that the festival exists. Together, we create the festival you want, in your image.

The 10 principles of the festival are at the heart of the creation of this event!

When you arrive at the event, you will be directed to your location. The festival site is separated into regions. The aim is for each region to collaborate, organise and create in order to offer other participants a unique experience.

One person is assigned to each region to create this synergy.

Each region will be asked to create a work for the festival. The person in charge of your region will contact you. Let your creativity create an incredible synergy.

As an individual, we invite you to come and create during the event. That's what the Expé festival is all about!

Collaboration and sharing are at the heart of the festival. Whether you come alone, accompanied or with your family, you will meet women and men with the same values as you. 

The philosophy and vision of the festival is a unique energy in Quebec. It is an innovative festival with a new philosophy.

Each participant must bring his or her own tent, sleeping bag and equipment in order to be self-sufficient. The Expé Festival does not provide any equipment during the event. 

You should bring the necessary clothes to cope with the cool night and rain. Each participant must be autonomous in his or her personal management.

Don't forget to adapt your clothing to the activities you choose.

Each participant must bring his or her own utensils to eat the meals. There are two types of meals during the event.

Collaborative mealYou will be invited to collaborate with hikers in your region to offer creative meals to other regions.

Individual meal: You are welcome to bring your own meal.

More information will be available when you buy your ticket. The objective of the collaborative and creative meals is to allow teamwork to discover your region to other participants. It is in a collaborative and creative spirit that you will discover other outdoor enthusiasts.

We allow the bringing of your own alcohol. There will be a bar on site with microbrewery beer and Quebec fort.

Respect and moderate consumption are one of the pillars of the festival.

No tickets are refundable or exchangeable.

We do not offer day tickets.

In case of cancellation of the festival by the organisers, the ticket will be refunded in full.

In case of rain or bad weather, the festival will take place. Each participant should bring the necessary equipment to participate in the activities in case of rain. A little rain shouldn't scare the adventurer in you!

You will receive a form to fill in to choose the activities you wish to discover. Our team will send you the form after your purchase.

You have access to all conferences and workshops. Sharing knowledge and experience is at the heart of the festival.
