Logistics
You will be contacted by email by the activity coordinator. The coordinator will provide you with all the necessary information about the activity and the materials you need to bring.
Reimbursement
Mount Trail does not offer refunds for activities unless the event is cancelled by our team.
Ticket transfer
You must contact the Mount Trail team to transfer a ticket. We need to approve the transfer of the ticket in advance.
Cancellation of the event
If Mount Trail cancels an event (e.g. due to weather conditions), you will be refunded in full.
What to bring?
In each event you will see the necessary equipment. The event coordinator and/or guide will be able to help you and the Mount Trail team.
