Free of Lactose:
The lactose-free range does not contain ingredients with lactose, but we may find traces of this allergen due to cross-contamination. Although the Happy Yak teams take great care in all stages of the production of the meals, there may be traces. We recommend lactose-free meals for people who want to reduce their lactose intake and not for people with milk allergies.
Instructions for use:
- Boiling water
- Pour hot water directly into the bag.
- Let stand for 5-6 minutes
- Taste
You can also pour the sachet into the pan, bring to the boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes and leave to stand for 6-7 minutes.
Portion of meals:
The portions of Happy Yak meals depend on your hunger. For a hiker with an average hunger, the portion is one. For smaller eaters or if your meals are accompanied by other dishes then you can have two meals.
Expiry date of meals:
Happy Yak meals have a best before date of 2 to 3 years.
